There's no shortage of ways through which air ducts in a person's home can get dirty. Let's say you're fond of cooking and do so once or twice every day. All that moisture has to end up somewhere – more often than not, it'll end up right in your air ducts. Left there, it will slowly turn to mold, rendering your air ducts not just useless but actually hazardous.

AIR DUCT CLEANING IN BOERNE, TEXAS
What about dander, especially one coming from pets? As time goes by, your cat or dog will shed a considerable amount of dander, and not all of it gets vacuumed by you. Some of it will float in the air and end up clogging your air ducts – while dander in ducts isn't nearly as big of an issue as dust or mold, it can become a problem when they are left unattended for too long.
Dust or pollen, mold or dander, you can't let yourself suffer the effects of dirty ducts under your own roof. Any time spent inside your home should be safe and relaxing – let us make it such by taking care of your air ducts. |

OUR RESIDENTIAL AIR DUCT CLEANING PROCESS
We realize home owners want the most bang for their buck, which is why we've geared our residential cleaning method towards just that. We start by using RotoVision to thoroughly examine the inside of the air ducts in the presence of the home owner. Guided by our expert technicians, the lengthy tube will reach every part of the duct system – including the HVAC – and will take note of every undesired particle.

Having the home owner present here is very important to us. We never want things to seem as if we're cleaning perfectly fine ducts just to collect payment. Quite the opposite – many home owners are shocked and downright disgusted by the state of their air ducts, sometimes even feeling uncomfortable over letting the ducts accumulate so much dirt. In these cases, we will reassure the home owner that dirty air ducts are just another day in the field for us, and that there's very little home owners can do to keep their ducts safe without professional help.
The RotoVision camera is guided during the cleaning process as well – it lets us monitor what we're doing and how well we're doing it. The home owner is rarely present during this process – we aim to make ourselves scarce and let you go about your daily tasks while we do the work. Since our process is so safe for the rest of the home and anyone in it, there are no concerns over you being in the vicinity during the cleaning.

Of course, the camera can't do the job on its own. It's complemented by our industrial-grade RotoBrush – a professional cleaning tool consisting of a powerful brush and vacuum. Despite the seeming simplicity of this tool, properly guiding it through various types of air ducts takes knowledge and experience. In fact, more than a few cleaning contractors end up damaging delicate parts of their clients' air ducts through improper use of their tools.
The cleaning process generally lasts for a few hours at most, even in the case of particularly dirty ducts. We've been in the game for a while, so we had time to perfect our method and eliminate time wasted – there's no reason why a good job shouldn't also be a quick one. |
After the brushing and vacuuming is done, it's time to examine the final result before new filters are installed. Here, we will again call upon the home owner to watch the feed on RotoVision's LCD with us – we do enjoy showcasing our thoroughness. In case you've forgotten the initial state of your ducts, don't worry – all of the footage is recorded and provided to our clients as needed. In case of any leftovers, we'll be happy to get the brush back in and do away with them, although there rarely are any – inserting the RotoVision camera during the cleaning minimizes the chances of a do-over.

HOW MUCH WILL RESIDENTIAL AIR DUCT CLEANING COST?
As is expected from a responsible home owner, you're no doubt worried about the price of the operation. Unfortunately, there's no way to say for sure without examining your home and its ducts beforehand. Only when we've examined the ducts with our RotoVision camera can we know how much the whole thing will end up costing you. This doesn't mean we'll try to add some unwanted services or artificially inflate the fee, though.
While other air duct cleaning companies might have a habit of doing this, we actually care about our customers and don't want them spending a dime more than is necessary. The prices of our services are set in stone and there are no 'shadow services' we'll try and throw in – your costs will fluctuate mainly based on the size of your home.
A lot of residential cleaning jobs we do end up costing around $450 per home from start to finish. This includes the before-and-after examination, the potential application of necessary chemicals, the actual cleaning procedure and filter replacement. Larger homes tend to mean larger ducts, so there's a good chance you could end up paying close to double the standard amount if you have a really big house.
Having very dirty ducts might also increase the price a bit as we'll have to work longer and harder to clean them fully. Also, some duct systems are more complex than others, which also needs to be taken into account. In general, however, you can count on a fair price that's based on the size of your home and the state of your ducts. We're positive you won't be able to find a contractor offering the same quality of service at a lower price, but we welcome you to try.
